About the role
Manubhai & Shah LLP, a chartered accountant firm serving private and public sector corporates, government agencies, partnerships and high‑net‑worth individuals, is seeking an Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage accounting and tax services for Australian clients across several locations in Gujarat, India. The role involves preparing periodic financial statements, tax returns and supporting audit activities.
Key responsibilities
- Handle superannuation fund accounting and tax work for Australian clients.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and half‑yearly accounts.
- Finalize periodical accounts according to client requirements.
- Prepare tax returns for entities and individuals.
- Review financial statements as required.
- Provide audit support and prepare related work papers.
- Prepare Business Activity Statement (BAS) returns for Australian clients.
- Perform revenue and spend analysis and prepare payroll.
