About the role
STCO / Akssai Projexel is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join its Kota office. The role involves handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting month‑end closing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily accounting transactions and books of accounts.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports and support month‑end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and auditors.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all accounting activities.
Required profile
- 1.5–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Based in Kota or willing to relocate; immediate to 15‑day joiners preferred.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Tally or ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
