Accountancy Faculty – Class 11th & 12th (Bihar & UP Boards)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Accountancy Faculty to teach Class 11th and 12t​h Commerce students following the Bihar Board and UP Board curricula. The role involves delivering engaging lessons, preparing students for school and board examinations, and creating high‑quality academic resources.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clear, student‑centric Accountancy classes for Class 11th and 12th.
• Simplify complex accounting concepts and ensure conceptual clarity.
• Prepare students for board examinations through effective teaching methods and doubt‑solving sessions.
• Develop lesson plans, class notes, assignments, worksheets, question banks, and practice materials aligned with the Bihar and UP Board syllabi.
• Contribute to the creation of book content and regularly update materials based on curriculum changes.
• Design and evaluate tests, quizzes, mock exams, and provide actionable feedback.
• Track student progress, mentor academic planning, and foster a motivating learning environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accountancy, Finance or related field (B.Com, M.Com, CA (Inter), CMA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Accountancy for Class 11th/12th (Bihar Board and/or UP Board).
• Experience in content creation or curriculum development is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong command of Accountancy concepts and the Bihar/UP Board curricula.
• Proficiency in creating digital content, PowerPoint presentations, notes, and assessments.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and educational technology tools.
