Account Operations Manager – Vizag

About the role

The Account Operations Manager will drive revenue growth, improve process efficiency and ensure a superior customer experience for a key account. This role combines strategic planning, contract compliance, and resource optimisation to deliver high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans with senior stakeholders to identify new geographies and revenue streams.
• Monitor SLA compliance, maintain a green‑card status, and address audit findings to avoid non‑compliance.
• Oversee delivery governance, track performance metrics, and manage escalations to prevent revenue leakage.
• Ensure timely invoicing, resolve client billing issues, and track budgeting and expense metrics.
• Lead resource allocation, weekly coordination with workforce management, and optimise staffing levels.
• Drive quality and contract adherence through structured cadence calls and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account or operations management with a focus on revenue and efficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor dashboards, MIS reports and key performance indicators.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate with senior leaders and clients.
• Ability to lead teams, set targets, and course‑correct based on performance data.
