Account Manager – Small Business Sales

About the role

Google Customer Solutions is looking for an Account Manager to drive growth for small‑ and medium‑sized businesses. You will combine sales expertise with a consultative approach to help advertisers achieve their goals using Google’s advertising platform.

Key responsibilities

• Work towards assigned sales goals while delivering an excellent customer experience to agencies and advertisers.
• Develop and implement creative strategies to strengthen agency and customer relationships.
• Tailor performance‑enhancing recommendations and promote relevant Google products and services.
• Communicate proactively with customers via phone, email or direct contact.
• Provide consultative advice to help advertisers maximize return on investment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in sales pitching, business communication and account management.
• Track record of working toward goals and managing a customer base.
• Ability to lead, motivate and collaborate effectively with others.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
