Account Manager – SB (Telecom)

About the role

The Account Manager – SB will be the primary point of contact for Airtel customers across Data, Voice, Broadband and Fixed Line services within an assigned territory. You will drive both sales and service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve targets for Data, Voice and Fixed Line installations.
• Identify and acquire new accounts (hunting) across all three product lines.
• Cross‑sell and upsell multi‑product solutions to existing and new customers.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel with defined maturity levels.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Build and nurture long‑lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate timely delivery of solutions to meet client needs.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Age up to 30 years.
• Experience with ISPs, system integrators, telcos, wireline, IT/ITeS, BFSI or relationship‑based selling.
