Account Manager – Sales

About the role

Swiggy Dineout is seeking an Account Manager (Sales) to expand and manage restaurant partnerships in Indore. You will be the primary point of contact for restaurant owners, driving revenue growth through contracts, upselling, and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Sign contracts with new and existing restaurant partners and address their inquiries.
• Generate and pursue sales leads in the market to convert restaurants onto the Swiggy Dineout platform.
• Maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, advising on market trends, discount structures, menu presentation, and cancellation policies.
• Increase revenue through upselling, cross‑selling, advertising investments, and other applicable channels.
• Complete sales reporting, competition intelligence, partner visit tracking, and city‑specific trend analysis.
• Represent Swiggy Dineout on the field as the first point of contact for potential clients.
• Relocate and establish a base in the assigned city to manage operations effectively.

Required profile

• Understanding of e‑commerce activities and the food‑delivery ecosystem.
• Confident, proactive, and go‑getter attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
