Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an organised, proactive Account Manager to keep multiple client campaigns, creators and production elements moving smoothly. Based in Goa, you will act as the central hub for communication, project tracking and logistics across a global agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client communication, follow‑ups and status updates.
• Maintain project plans, timelines and task ownership in Zoho Projects or a similar tool.
• Coordinate between clients, internal teams, vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Keep project folders, briefs and assets well‑structured and easily accessible.
• Track pending items, remind stakeholders of commitments and prevent missed deadlines.
• Arrange travel logistics including flights, hotels, visas and itineraries.
• Assist in the planning and execution of shoots, campaigns and meetings.
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact the wider team.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, project coordination or operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a focus on follow‑up.
• Highly organised and detail‑oriented, not just “having a system”.
• Comfortable handling travel bookings and administrative tasks.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership without waiting for direction.

Required skills

• Zoho Projects (or a comparable project‑management platform).
