Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will own a portfolio of 70‑80 restaurant partners in the assigned territory, driving growth of Swiggy Dineout’s dining‑out business and delivering a monthly GMV of 80‑90 lakh.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new restaurant accounts, explaining requirements and coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain and regularly audit Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content to ensure high image coverage and accurate information.
• Create persuasive presentations on Dine Out plans and promotions to secure month‑on‑month partner investment.
• Execute growth initiatives such as offer alignments and marketing operations to launch events on schedule.
• Resolve payout and transaction issues to ensure seamless experiences for diners and partners.
• Prepare growth plans for each account and gather competitor insights.
• Filter and interpret dashboard data, communicating key performance metrics to partners.
• Monitor competitor activity and ensure partner discounts, commissions, and advertisements are competitive.

Required profile

• Experience in account and partner relationship management.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
• Proactive problem‑solver comfortable handling issue resolution and growth planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging restaurant partners.
• Ability to work independently on a defined territory while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
