Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will be the primary liaison for a portfolio of client accounts, based on‑site in Ludhiana. You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs, coordinating internal resources and driving account performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the main point of contact.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver services.
• Track account performance, prepare regular reports and follow up on payments.
• Address issues or escalations promptly and support contract renewals.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate records, participate in meetings and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide professional support.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic proficiency with office software and CRM tools.
• Experience in account management, sales support or customer service is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ludhiana with a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Management or a related field is advantageous.
