Account Manager

About the role

Swiggy Dineout is looking for an energetic Account Manager to drive restaurant partnerships across India. You will be the primary point of contact for restaurant owners, helping them maximise revenue through our dining‑out platform.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and sign contracts with new and existing restaurant partners.
• Generate and pursue sales leads, converting prospects into active partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, advising on menu presentation, discount structures, and cancellation policies.
• Increase Swiggy Dineout revenue by upselling, cross‑selling, and managing advertising investments.
• Prepare regular sales reports, track competition, and monitor market trends in the assigned city.
• Represent Swiggy Dineout on‑field as the first point of contact for potential clients.
• Relocate to and establish a base in the assigned city to manage local operations.

Required profile

• Confident, proactive, and goal‑oriented personality.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language of the assigned city.
• Basic numerical aptitude for analysing growth and performance metrics.
• Understanding of e‑commerce or food‑delivery industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
