About the role
Swiggy Dineout is looking for an Account Manager to drive growth across its restaurant partner network. You will be responsible for onboarding, managing, and expanding relationships with 70‑80 partner accounts in your territory, helping to generate significant GMV each month.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new restaurant partners, explain platform requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain regular contact with existing partners, ensuring accurate Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content and high‑quality image coverage.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations on Dineout plans, promotions, and growth opportunities.
- Execute growth initiatives such as offer alignments and marketing operations to meet launch timelines.
- Resolve transaction issues, including diner payout denials, to ensure seamless experiences for customers and partners.
- Develop monthly growth plans for each account and monitor competitor actions.
- Analyse dashboard data, communicate key performance metrics to partners, and drive actions that improve conversions.
- Ensure partner investments in discounts, commissions, and advertising are competitive or superior.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the food‑tech or restaurant sector.
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of 70‑80 partner accounts and meet ambitious GMV targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to influence partner decisions.
- Data‑driven mindset with the capability to interpret performance dashboards.
- Comfortable working from the office full‑time in the assigned location.
