Account Manager – Gujarat Region

About the role

The Account Manager for Gujarat will drive primary and secondary revenue for Radiometer in the region. This fully customer‑facing position reports to the Zonal Sales Manager‑West & APT and is based in Ahmedabad.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Monitor channel partner inventory to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.
• Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and credit control to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Develop sales pipelines via market research, customer visits, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
• Administer contracts, commercial agreements, pricing, and conduct business reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of sales experience with a proven record in medical devices or diagnostic equipment sold to hospitals or clinical laboratories.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science field; a diploma or degree in medical instrumentation is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using a CRM system such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.com.
