Account Manager (Franchise Partnerships)

About the role

As an Account Manager at Cult, you will join the expansion team responsible for overseeing our franchise partners across Hyderabad. You will act as the primary liaison between the corporate team and franchise locations, driving revenue growth, membership sales, and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with partners to increase membership sales, improve revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators such as sales, revenue growth, and partner engagement.
• Provide partners with tools, training, and resources needed for success.
• Manage franchise agreements, including compliance, renewals, and dispute resolution.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the fitness or hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Experience creating presentations with PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Google Docs for reporting and collaboration.
