Account Manager – Data, Voice & Fixed Line

About the role

Airtel is looking for an Account Manager to drive business acquisition and growth across Data, Voice, Broadband and Fixed Line services. You will act as the single point of contact for customers, managing relationships and ensuring revenue targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Achieve revenue targets for Data, Voice and Fixed Line services.
• Identify and acquire new B2B accounts (hunting) across all product lines.
• Cross‑sell multiple products to existing customers and maintain healthy sales funnels.
• Monitor competition, gather market intelligence and adjust strategies.
• Negotiate and close contracts to maximise revenue.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Resolve customer issues directly or through support teams.

Required profile

• Graduate degree, preferably B.Tech or B.E.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B field sales experience in telecom or related sector.
• Strong understanding of technology and customer service orientation.
• Ability to engage with senior executives (CXO level).
