Account Manager – Client Servicing

About the role

GrowLeads, a fast‑growing AI‑powered B2B lead generation agency, is looking for an Account Manager to act as the bridge between clients and internal teams. You will manage projects, ensure deliverables meet KPIs, and help clients achieve measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manage ongoing campaigns, tracking deliverables, KPIs and timelines.
• Conduct regular client meetings, share progress updates and suggest improvements.
• Translate client briefs into clear actions for strategy and execution teams.
• Prepare performance reports, flag issues early and support the BD team with proposals and presentations.
• Assist with lead qualification, follow‑ups and closing new deals when required.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a digital/marketing/lead‑generation agency, preferably in client servicing or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent project‑management and organisational skills, able to multitask under deadlines.
• Business‑mindset, proactive attitude and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate for a full‑time, on‑site role.
