Account Manager – Client Relations & Service Coordination

About the role

The Account Manager will be the primary liaison between Bhilwara Crane Service and its key clients, ensuring seamless delivery of crane and lifting solutions. Working in a hybrid setting, you will combine on‑site coordination with remote client management to support construction, industrial and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update client records, track leads and follow‑up on inquiries.
• Prepare accurate quotations and coordinate crane deployment with operations teams.
• Monitor service delivery, address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Support billing, collections and generate basic performance reports.
• Collaborate with management to identify growth opportunities and improve service quality.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with clear communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment and collaborating with on‑site teams.
• Previous experience in account management, sales support, logistics or service coordination is an advantage.
• Familiarity with construction, industrial services or equipment rental sectors in India is beneficial.
• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi for client and internal interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience using CRM or customer‑tracking systems.
• Basic competency with email and standard business software.
