Account Manager – B2B Sales for Construction Solutions

About the role

As an Account Manager you will join Hilti’s dynamic B2B sales team, helping construction customers adopt innovative solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, building long‑term partnerships and driving growth across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for key accounts, turning customers into business partners.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Visit customer job sites and offices to analyse needs, provide technical support and deliver product demonstrations.
• Plan and execute sales activities using Hilti’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and productivity.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, opportunities and credit collections.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective engagement.
• Collaborate with materials management, logistics, credit, marketing, technical services and customer service to ensure seamless experiences.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field; MBA/PGDM is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven sales or business development experience in a B2B environment.
• Result‑driven mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Learning agility and adaptability in a fast‑paced commercial setting.
• Business planning skills to maximise productivity and customer‑facing time.
