Account Manager – B2B Corporate Sales

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for corporate customers, promoting Airtel’s data, voice, broadband and fixed‑line solutions across an assigned territory. You will be responsible for driving both new business acquisition and growth within existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver data, voice and fixed‑line installations according to sales targets.
• Prospect new corporate accounts (hunting) for data, voice and fixed‑line services.
• Cross‑sell multiple product lines to existing and new customers.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel for all three lines of business, ensuring appropriate maturity levels.
• Monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence and plan sales interventions.
• Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom or related services.
