About the role
LinkedIn is seeking a Talent Solutions Account Executive to drive new business and deepen relationships with corporate clients in the Gurgaon region. You will work in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with on‑site collaboration at the LinkedIn office.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect relentlessly to build a robust pipeline of hiring and learning solution opportunities.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and execute outbound outreach across target accounts.
- Identify customers’ business objectives, uncover obstacles, and position LinkedIn’s Talent & Learning portfolio as a strategic solution.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and transparent pipeline reporting for management.
- Close new business consistently at or above quota while acting as the client’s internal advocate.
- Collaborate with peers, managers, product, and marketing teams to share market insights and develop best‑practice playbooks.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in SaaS or solution selling.
- Proven ability to multithread and engage multiple business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes for clients.
Required skills
- Solution‑selling methodology.
- Experience selling SaaS‑based talent or learning platforms.
