Account Executive – Public Relations (Bangalore)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Executive – Public Relations to join our Bengaluru office. You will support our clients in technology‑led social impact and startup sectors by managing media relations and delivering high‑quality communications.

Key responsibilities

• Map the relevant media universe for each client.
• Write and edit press releases and other client documents.
• Pitch stories to journalists, follow up and share coverage updates.
• Manage documentation related to client and internal work.
• Organise and execute client events such as press conferences and media briefings at national and regional levels.
• Collaborate with senior team members on new business opportunities.
• Allocate time across client relationship management (≈30%), media relations (≈50%), team mentorship (≈10%) and new business development (≈10%).

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in technology, tech‑driven social impact or startup environments.
• Proficiency in editing, writing and formatting documents.
• Experience managing client‑facing events (press conferences, media briefings, follow‑ups).

Required skills

• Social media integration into PR plans.
