About the role
Casa Forma is seeking a reliable 3D Printer Lab Operator to manage the day‑to‑day operations of its 3D‑printing facility in Girinagar, Bengaluru. You will ensure that printers run smoothly, finished parts meet quality standards, and orders are prepared for dispatch.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor 3D printers throughout the production cycle.
- Collect, inspect, and verify the quality of finished prints.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and keep machines in good condition.
- Package completed orders for shipment.
- Record production data, inventory levels, and dispatch details.
Required profile
- High reliability and strong attention to detail.
- Patience when working with machinery.
- Comfort using computers for basic tasks.
- Freshers are welcome; prior 3D‑printing experience is a plus but not mandatory.

What we offer
- Monthly salary of ₹15,000 plus overtime and performance bonuses.
- Full training on equipment and procedures.
- Full‑time, on‑site position with a stable schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 9 AM‑6 PM).
