2D Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented 2D Graphic Designer to produce high‑quality artwork for custom sportswear. The role focuses on creating production‑ready 2D designs for jerseys, hoodies, joggers, shorts, shell pants and other apparel that will be used in our customization platform and garment production.

Key responsibilities

• Design custom artwork for jerseys, hoodies, joggers, shell pants, shorts and other sportswear products.
• Create unique graphics, patterns, textures, gradients and colour combinations.
• Convert customer references into clean, editable vector artwork and all‑over‑print (AOP) patterns.
• Ensure artwork aligns correctly across garment panels and prepare multiple colour variations.
• Modify existing designs, organise files for production and future editing.
• Collaborate closely with production and 3D teams to meet technical requirements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in graphic, apparel or sportswear design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several projects under tight deadlines.
• Passion for sportswear and ability to translate customer ideas into professional designs.
• Self‑motivated, organized and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent vector illustration and pattern‑design abilities.
• Good understanding of typography, colour, composition and layout.
