About the role
The Zonal Operations Manager will oversee operational performance for the Thane region, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and policies are issued promptly. This role coordinates with banks, internal audit teams, and external stakeholders to maintain data accuracy and drive process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- SLA management and timely policy issuance
- Bank reporting and MIS management
- Coordination and resolution of internal and external audits
- Leakage control, including freelook and cancellations
- Identify and implement process improvement and efficiency initiatives
Required profile
- Exposure to policy issuance, MIS handling, audits, or bank coordination is desirable
Required skills
- Excel proficiency
