Zonal Operations – Axis Bank Relationship

About the role

This position is responsible for delivering best‑in‑class customer and sales experiences across multiple geographies in the Lucknow zone. The role focuses on end‑to‑end service delivery, monitoring, supervision and continuous improvement of banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure superior service delivery and customer experience across assigned states.
• Monitor and supervise operations, maintaining control over multiple geographies as required by business needs.
• Identify process gaps, analyse root causes and recommend improvements to enhance system stability.
• Drive cross‑selling of Axis Bank products and solutions in line with zonal plans and client requirements.
• Research and implement operational enhancements to ensure smooth, stable processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in banking operations or a similar financial services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
• Excellent supervisory skills to manage teams across different locations.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams to implement improvements.
