Zoho Presales Consultant

About the role

GoldenLion, a Zoho Advanced Partner, is looking for a Zoho Presales Consultant to bridge prospective customers and the implementation team. You will engage with business owners and decision‑makers, understand their processes, and showcase how Zoho solutions can address their challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads from the website, Zoho Partner Directory, referrals, webinars and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct discovery calls, gather business requirements and map pain points to Zoho solutions.
• Design solution approaches using Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, Zoho Workplace, Analytics, Flow, Desk and related apps.
• Deliver engaging online and in‑person product demonstrations, including industry‑specific accelerators.
• Prepare solution presentations, effort estimates, implementation proposals and assist in drafting SOWs and project scope documents.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to validate feasibility and maintain accurate lead/opportunity data in Zoho CRM.
• Follow up with prospects, manage the sales pipeline and coordinate the pre‑sales cycle until project closure.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of experience in Zoho consulting, presales, implementation or solution consulting.
• Strong understanding of Zoho CRM; good working knowledge of Zoho One and multiple Zoho applications.
• Ability to understand business processes across various industries.
• Excellent presentation, communication and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to prepare professional proposals and documentation.
