Workplace Skills Trainer (Hybrid, Guwahati)

About the role

Join Nimaya Foundation to empower young women in Guwahati with the skills needed for the AI‑driven workplace of the future. As a Workplace Skills Trainer you will deliver a hybrid curriculum that blends generative AI tool training with essential workplace readiness modules.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Co‑Creating with AI pillar, teaching tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, SlidesAI and emerging platforms for content creation, research and workflow automation.
• Facilitate the Future‑Ready Workplace Skills pillar using Nimaya’s proprietary curriculum, covering critical thinking, creative problem‑solving and effective communication.
• Lead the Becoming Career Ready pillar, guiding learners on personal branding, networking and strategies for women to succeed in the workplace.
• Conduct hybrid sessions (in‑person in Guwahati and virtual) and assess learner progress through projects, simulations and collaborative exercises.

Required profile

• Passion for empowering young women from socio‑economic barriers.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting and travel to Guwahati if not locally based.
• Experience delivering training or workshops, preferably in AI or digital tools.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude).
• Proficiency in visual and content creation platforms (Canva, SlidesAI).
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled productivity and automation tools.
