Workfront Fusion Developer & Configuration Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Workfront Fusion Developer & Configuration Specialist to design, build, and maintain automation scenarios in Adobe Workfront Fusion while managing day‑to‑day configuration and administration of the Adobe Workfront platform. The role is hybrid, combining integration development with platform governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios for integrations with systems such as Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
• Translate business requirements into reliable Fusion automations, applying best practices for modularity, error handling, logging and scheduling.
• Work with REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads and authentication methods (OAuth2, bearer tokens) to build and troubleshoot integrations.
• Support the full deployment lifecycle from design through testing, UAT, go‑live and ongoing maintenance.
• Administer Adobe Workfront – manage project templates, custom forms, workflows, layouts, queues, dashboards and reports.
• Configure user accounts, roles, permissions, groups, automation rules, notifications and approval processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, improve processes and produce KPI dashboards.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and coordinate with Adobe support and internal IT as needed.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of professional experience with enterprise workflow/project management platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion development and Workfront configuration/administration.
• Proven ability to design and maintain Fusion scenarios with flow control, error handling and scheduling.
• Working knowledge of Workfront API, REST APIs and common authentication patterns (OAuth2, tokens).
• Experience configuring custom forms, templates, workflows, queues, dashboards and reports in Workfront.
