Workday Techno-Functional Consultant – HR Analytics

About the role

Poshmark is looking for a senior Workday Techno‑Functional Consultant to join its People team. You will act as a subject‑matter expert at the intersection of HR systems and people analytics, helping to optimise the HR technology ecosystem and enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, scorecards and recurring reports, analysing trends in headcount, attrition, recruiting, diversity, performance and engagement.
• Administer, configure and support Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Absence) and manage bi‑annual releases.
• Maintain HR data governance, conduct audits, ensure data accuracy, completeness and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Support integrations between Workday and payroll, benefits, learning and finance systems using EIB, APIs and SFTP.
• Identify automation opportunities, gather business requirements and deliver training and documentation to improve system adoption.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS or people analytics within complex organisations.
• Hands‑on experience administering and configuring Workday HCM across multiple modules.
• Proven track record developing HR reporting, dashboards and data‑driven insights.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to communicate findings to business leaders.
