Workday Talent Management Package Consultant

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Package Consultant specialized in Workday Talent Management. In this role you will help clients implement and optimize the Workday Talent Management module, ensuring it aligns with their business objectives and delivers measurable HR value.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the implementation of the Workday Talent Management module.
• Conduct fit analyses to capture client requirements and configure the system accordingly.
• Configure the module to match business processes and objectives.
• Resolve configuration and functional issues across HR modules.
• Provide post‑implementation support to ensure client success.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with Workday Talent Management, including configuration and functional support.
• Exposure to implementation planning and execution.
• Ability to conduct fit analyses, unit testing, and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with packaged solution integration in a consulting environment.
