Workday Functional Analyst – Recruitment (Bangalore)

About the role

The Workday Functional Analyst – Recruitment will join the Employee Services IT Department, acting as a product developer for the Workday Recruitment team. The role involves designing, developing, testing and ensuring business satisfaction for global and local HR recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, customize and support Workday Core HCM and Recruitment modules globally.
• Design and develop end‑to‑end solutions that align with the global HR strategy.
• Leverage Workday technologies such as Business Processes, Calculated Fields and Condition Rules to automate recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with architects to prototype new Workday modules and conduct proof‑of‑concepts.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, ensuring security, GDPR compliance and SLA/KPI adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field with 3‑5 years of experience, including at least 3 years on Workday Core HCM/Recruitment.
• Workday certification in Core HCM and Recruitment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and handle backlog from conception to delivery.
• Willingness to work Europe shift (13:00‑22:00 IST).
