Work From Home Telecalling Executive (Outbound)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to join our outbound team from the comfort of their homes. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, delivering product information, and generating leads while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients following provided scripts.
• Answer inbound queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain detailed call logs and update customer records in the system.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals.
• Handle basic customer support issues and forward complex cases to senior staff.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong telephone etiquette and a clear speaking voice.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics.
• Reliable internet connection, laptop, and power backup.
• Ownership of an Android smartphone for work-related apps.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using basic computer applications (e.g., email, web browsers).
