WordPress & Shopify Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled WordPress and Shopify Developer to join our team in Jabalpur. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building, customizing, and maintaining e‑commerce and content sites using WordPress and Shopify platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes, plugins, and Shopify themes (Liquid).
• Implement responsive, user‑friendly designs and ensure cross‑browser compatibility.
• Optimize site performance and SEO basics.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to integrate layouts and assets.
• Integrate third‑party tools and APIs, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Maintain clean, well‑documented code and version control using Git.
• Update existing sites, improve user experience, and support ongoing enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong front‑end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Solid back‑end knowledge of server‑side languages, databases, and API integrations.
• Experience designing intuitive UI/UX interfaces.
• Proven experience building and maintaining WordPress and Shopify sites.
• Practical experience with WordPress theme/plugin customization and Shopify Liquid development is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with Git version control and basic SEO practices.
• Problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively on‑site.
• Relevant degree or certification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
