About the role
Joyline Fashions is looking for a dynamic Women's Wear Designer to lead fast‑fashion collections for the UK and EU markets. The candidate will work closely with the in‑house design team and external vendors to translate global trends into commercially viable apparel.
Key responsibilities
- Track UK retail and trend portals, converting global print, colour, and silhouette forecasts into commercial products.
- Develop complete women’s wear ranges and original print collections, including all‑over, repeat, placement, and graphic artwork designs.
- Create detailed technical packs, flat sketches, and artwork specifications for production.
- Collaborate with vendors, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of design assets.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of experience in women’s fast‑fashion design, preferably handling UK markets.
- Graduation from NIFT or Pearl Academy.
- Hands‑on experience with digital design tools and a strong understanding of UK & EU fashion trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced buying‑agency environment.
