Windows/IT Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Windows/IT Administrator to join our Noida office. You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and security of Windows servers, desktops and related infrastructure, providing reliable technical support to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, patch and monitor Windows servers and desktop environments.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues for end users.
• Maintain system security, perform regular backups and manage disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and Active Directory objects.
• Support application deployments in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Document system configurations, processes and changes.
• Monitor network and system health, implement best‑practice improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of IT operations.

Required profile

• Strong system administration experience with Windows servers and desktops.
• Solid network administration knowledge (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, monitoring tools).
• Proven technical support and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good understanding of IT security, backup/recovery and asset management.
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 and virtualization (VMware or Hyper‑V) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, network‑related) are advantageous.
