Windows Administrator – Server & Cloud Management

About the role

We are looking for a Windows Administrator to join our Chennai team. The role focuses on managing and supporting Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across on‑premises and cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and related workstations.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and IIS services.
• Administer virtualized infrastructure using VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks.
• Support Office 365, Exchange and Azure Active Directory services.
• Perform patch, vulnerability and anti‑virus management.
• Monitor system performance, provide L2/L3 incident resolution and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Handle backup, recovery and disaster‑recovery procedures using tools such as Veeam.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022).
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper‑V).
• Strong PowerShell scripting abilities.
• Familiarity with Office 365, Exchange and Azure AD cloud services.
• Knowledge of server security best practices, patching and vulnerability management.
• Ability to provide L2/L3 support and resolve complex hardware or network issues.
