Wetstock Analyst

About the role

The Wetstock Analyst will support fuel inventory management and wet‑stock analytics for assigned Business Units. The role monitors fuel variances, ensures HSE compliance, and works with forecourt operations to provide accurate, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor fuel inventory levels daily and analyse wet‑stock data.
• Analyse stock movement trends to identify potential fuel loss.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in fuel consumption and inventory records.
• Follow up on issues and ensure resolution of deviations.
• Collaborate with operations teams to optimise fuel variance results.
• Report faults and HSE‑related issues in forecourt equipment to the BU operations team.
• Participate in improvement projects for new or existing processes.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, compliance, statistics, finance or related fields.
• Higher education in Logistics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Previous wet‑stock or similar analyst experience in energy or retail is an advantage.
• Familiarity with wet‑stock monitoring systems and multicultural work environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English (written and verbal).
