Western Cuisine Chef (Full-time, Hyderabad)

About the role

EHV International is seeking experienced chefs specialized in Western cuisine to join its Hyderabad kitchen. This full‑time, on‑site position involves creating high‑quality dishes, managing daily kitchen operations, and upholding the brand’s culinary standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and present Western menu items with consistent taste, portion, and plating.
• Collaborate on menu development and recipe standardisation.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control while overseeing mise en place.
• Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth service and respond to guest feedback.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Required profile

• Relevant culinary diploma or degree preferred.
• Prior experience as a Commis, Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a Western kitchen.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for guiding junior staff.
