Welder (TIG & MIG)

About the role

We are looking for skilled TIG and MIG welders to join our fabrication team. You will produce high‑quality welds on metal components for railway projects, following engineering drawings and strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding on various metal parts and structures.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces before welding.
• Ensure welds are strong, clean, and defect‑free according to quality standards.
• Inspect welded joints for accuracy and structural integrity.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace regulations.
• Assist in fabrication and assembly tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience with TIG and MIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and apply engineering drawings and welding symbols.
• Competence in material preparation (cutting, grinding, cleaning).
• Commitment to producing defect‑free welds and adhering to quality standards.
• Strong focus on safety and equipment maintenance.
