Welder / Fitter – Full-Time Position

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Welder / Fitter to join our workshop team on a full‑time, day‑shift basis. The successful candidate will carry out welding, fitting and basic metal‑work tasks to produce high‑quality components for our production line.

Key responsibilities

• Perform welding, fitting, fabrication and metal‑cutting operations according to drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret basic measurements, drawings and technical documents.
• Cut, assemble, align and fit metal parts accurately using welding machines, cutting tools and grinding equipment.
• Inspect welded joints and finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.

Required profile

• Male candidate with at least 2 years of hands‑on welding/fitting experience.
• Education up to 10th standard (or equivalent).
• No English language requirement.
