Website Developer – React & Next.js (Jaipur)

About the role

We are seeking a Website Developer to manage, maintain, and continuously improve a portfolio of business websites. The role focuses on building new pages, optimizing performance, and implementing SEO/AEO best practices while collaborating closely with the marketing/content team and a Dubai‑based team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain 5+ business websites.
• Develop new website pages, sections, and high‑converting landing pages.
• Fix bugs, UI issues, broken layouts, and technical errors.
• Optimize sites for speed, performance, responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement SEO‑friendly structures and AEO best practices.
• Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive, pixel‑perfect web pages.
• Ensure cross‑browser and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing to roll out updates and campaign pages.
• Communicate progress and updates clearly in English.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on website development experience.
• Strong portfolio or live websites demonstrating React.js and Next.js work.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Attention to UI detail and overall website quality.
