About the role

Xntrova Technologies is seeking a creative Website Developer to join its digital marketing team in Noida. You will be responsible for building, maintaining and optimizing client websites across various industries, ensuring high performance, responsiveness and an excellent user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement website features using front‑end and back‑end technologies.
• Maintain existing sites, troubleshoot issues and apply performance enhancements.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and QA engineers to deliver functional, SEO‑friendly solutions.
• Perform regular testing, code reviews and version control using Git.
• Generate reports and dashboards to monitor site analytics and business metrics.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
