Web Experience & Optimization Manager (AI‑First)

About the role

We are seeking a Web Experience & Optimization Manager who lives in an AI‑first mindset. The role oversees global website operations, from CMS publishing to technical SEO, tag management and UX optimisation, while continuously automating processes with AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end web requests, prioritising automation and intelligent workflows.
• Build and update pages in Optimizely (or similar CMS), ensuring design, brand and component standards.
• Perform QA, testing and publishing, applying HTML/CSS tweaks and guaranteeing WCAG accessibility.
• Leverage AI assistants (Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate content structuring, accessibility checks and documentation.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, implement metadata, internal linking and content hierarchy, using AI to scale recommendations.
• Monitor and improve page performance with Google Search Console, Conductor, ContentKing and PageSpeed Insights.
• Manage Google Tag Manager implementation, script validation and conversion tracking, using AI‑assisted code review.
• Identify UX/UI issues, propose CMS component enhancements and collaborate with developers.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience running large‑scale website operations.
• Proven ability to embed AI tools into daily workflows for speed and quality.
• Strong collaboration skills across Web, Creative and Marketing Operations teams.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• CMS platforms – Optimizely or comparable.
• HTML & CSS.
• AI productivity tools – Copilot, Claude or similar.
• Technical SEO – metadata, internal linking, content hierarchy.
• Google Search Console, Conductor, ContentKing.
• Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementation and script management.
• PageSpeed Insights and WCAG accessibility standards.
