Web Developer (WordPress & AI‑Assisted Coding)

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Web Developer to design, build, and maintain WordPress sites, web portals, dashboards, and custom applications. You will leverage modern AI‑assisted coding tools to accelerate development and deliver high‑quality, responsive products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and web portals.
• Create interactive dashboards and internal tools for data visualization.
• Write clean, semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript ensuring cross‑browser and mobile compatibility.
• Use AI‑coding assistants (OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to generate and review code responsibly.
• Translate design mockups into functional, high‑performing products.
• Integrate APIs, forms, tracking, and third‑party services.
• Optimize sites for speed, performance, and SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain version control with Git and produce clear documentation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on web or app development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency with WordPress and solid command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience building dashboards, portals, or web applications.
• Practical use of AI‑assisted coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
• Understanding of responsive design, cross‑browser compatibility, and web performance.
• Familiarity with Git version control and basic hosting/deployment concepts.
