Web Developer – Luminate Platform

About the role

Blackbaud, the leading software provider for social impact, is looking for a Web Developer to build and customize web solutions on the Luminate platform. You will solve complex problems, work with nonprofit and education clients, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality web experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front‑end code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production defects promptly.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Participate in the maintenance and support of customizations and suggest performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with web standards, accessibility guidelines, and high‑quality code standards.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of front‑end web development experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable working night shifts to align with U.S. business hours.
• Experience documenting solutions for team alignment and knowledge sharing.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS, and CSS preprocessors (SASS/SCSS).
• JavaScript, with experience in modern frameworks (Angular preferred, React a plus).
• Consuming and integrating APIs.
• Azure DevOps, Git, and continuous integration pipelines.
• Accessibility best practices and QA/testing tools.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools.
