Web Developer – Full‑time, On‑site in Mumbai

About the role

Futuready is looking for a full‑time Web Developer to work on‑site in Mumbai. You will build, maintain and optimise responsive websites and web applications while collaborating closely with designers, content creators and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop front‑end interfaces using HTML, CSS and JavaScript frameworks.
• Implement back‑end functionality, server‑side logic and database integration.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and ensure cross‑browser and cross‑device compatibility.
• Troubleshoot issues, improve site performance and follow security, accessibility and SEO best practices.
• Contribute to project planning, provide technical input and help raise web development standards.

Required profile

• Strong web development and programming skills with experience in modern web applications.
• Front‑end expertise in responsive layouts and user‑focused interfaces.
• Back‑end expertise in server‑side logic, database integration and API development.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and at least one modern framework or library (React, Vue or Angular).
• Experience with server‑side languages/frameworks (Node.js, PHP, Python or similar) and relational or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), build tools and deployment workflows.
• Problem‑solving ability, attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
