Web Developer – Freshers & Experienced (React, CMS)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Web Developers to join our team in Kottayam. Both fresh graduates and candidates with up to three years of experience are welcome. You will work on real‑world projects, building and maintaining modern web applications while leveraging AI‑assisted coding tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web pages using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Create, update, and manage websites on CMS platforms such as Strapi, WordPress, or Webflow.
• Perform routine website maintenance, including content updates, bug fixes, performance tuning, and security patches.
• Support CRM systems by handling data management, workflow updates, and issue resolution.
• Test websites for functionality, cross‑browser compatibility, and usability.
• Identify and resolve front‑end and CMS‑related issues.
• Utilize AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity while maintaining code quality.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Maintain documentation and follow best development practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Portfolio, internship, academic projects, freelance work, or GitHub repository demonstrating web development abilities.
