Web Developer - Fresher

About the role

We are seeking a motivated fresher to join our web development team. The successful candidate will be involved in both front‑end and back‑end development, contributing to the creation and customization of web solutions that meet client requirements. This role offers the opportunity to work on real projects, gain hands‑on experience, and develop a solid foundation in modern web technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Customize and adapt website themes to align with client specifications.
• Develop, modify, and maintain plugins or modules for various platforms.
• Implement backend and frontend changes based on functional and design requirements.
• Collaborate with senior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in testing and debugging to deliver stable, performant web applications.

Required profile

• Graduated with MCA, BCA, M.Tech or B.Tech.
• Completed at least six months of formal training in PHP development.
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
