Web Developer & Designer (1-5 years experience)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Web Developer & Designer with 1 to 5 years of experience to create, maintain, and improve our web‑based applications and sites. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn concepts into responsive, high‑performing digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually appealing, user‑friendly website layouts and interfaces.
• Develop responsive websites and web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.
• Optimize performance for speed, scalability and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate visual designs into functional code.
• Ensure cross‑browser and cross‑platform compatibility.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot bugs, and implement SEO best practices.
• Maintain website security, backups, version control and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong coding knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js and Node.js.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, performance‑optimized code.
• Experience using AI‑assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Familiarity with SEO implementation, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and integrate third‑party APIs.
• Independent, proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks.
