Web Developer – Build Financial Services Websites

About the role

Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-Op. Society Ltd. is seeking a full‑time Web Developer to join its team in Mapusa, Goa. You will create and maintain secure, user‑friendly websites and web applications that support the society’s financial services and enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
• Implement new features, enhance existing functionality, and ensure cross‑browser/device compatibility.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑documented code and follow version‑control best practices.
• Optimize site speed, performance and SEO.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs and perform regular updates, backups and maintenance.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, payment gateways and plugins as required.
• Apply security best practices to protect user data.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing teams and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on web development experience.
• Strong understanding of website architecture and development lifecycle.
